Dead Meadow - "I'm Gone"

Deadmeadow We're really digging the new Dead Meadow track, "I'm Gone," which comes off the band's 6th LP Old Growth, due 2.5 on Matador.

The band recently played a special gig at Bowery to celebrate the disc's release and word is, they kicked some ass.  Their brand of 70s stoner metal always had a smoothness to it, but Dead Meadow sounds like it's moving in a more subdued, bluesy direction on "I'm Gone," and we're pretty curious to hear the full disc.  Give it a listen below and see if you agree.
