Nikka Costa is back on 10.14 with Pebble To A Pearl, her first disc since 2005's Can'tneverdidnothin'. First single "Stuck to You" is more of Costa's funk/soul/pop hybrid that has long drawn comparisons to Lenny Kravitz or even Prince. I dig it. Maybe this will be the album that lofts her into the same commercial realm.
