Tokyo Police Club to Appear on Deseperate Housewives

In one of the most bizarre cross-promotions I've ever heard of, Tokyo Police Club is set for a guest turn on Desperate Housewives.  How the suits cooked this one up I'll never know -  nighttime soaps + quirky MySpace punk doesn't exactly sound like a match made in heaven - But considering Elephant Shell's less-than powerhouse sales thus far...well at least the headline writes itself.
