Time out New York picked the best of the Big Apple, and low and behold, it's actually pretty good! Sure it's a bit heavy on the oldies once you get into the top 10, and Bette Milder beating out Paul Simon AND A Tribe Called Quest is a joke (plus The Beasties only at #23??) but overall, we can't really bitch too much.
